HR analytics & Group reporting

The HR Analytics dashboard shows the anonymous (!) group results. Simple Check creates a comprehensive group report based on this information. This is then discussed with one of our Sustainable Employability Advisors. Through this data HR has important tools to offer an appropriate and sustainable policy in the field of health and well-being. This can be done by offering appropriate interventions, content and advice aimed at sustainable employability. This portal was developed in collaboration with the software company 'JOHAN'.
