Launch activation campaign
Registration is via a personal link sent by e-mail. After registration, each participant gets access to the secure "Johan Portal" where personal health data are displayed.
This portal ensures the privacy of all participants and allows them to securely manage their health information.
Goal of this phase: To motivate all participants to actively participate, with extra attention to ensuring their privacy.
Phase 3
Planning
From the start of the project, a dedicated project manager guides the entire process and acts as a central point of contact for all your questions. This way everything runs smoothly and tailored to your organization.
At this stage, we will draw up a detailed schedule together with timetables and logistical details for the health checkups, so that everything is done to perfection.

Phase 4
Investigations
During the examination, physical and mental health risks are identified and discussed with the participant. Results are carefully fed back.

The HR dashboard provides insights into the health of employees and the organization. This enables HR to develop targeted interventions and implement proactive policies on vitality and sustainable employability, contributing to the well-being of the entire company.

Follow-up steps
Based on the studies, we offer practical follow-up steps aimed at health risks and sustainable employability.
