Promote well-being
The PSA scan is a valuable tool for organizations to gain in-depth insight into the factors involved in workload. This scan analyzes key elements related to workload.
The PSA scan goes beyond simply measuring workload; it provides valuable insights and leads to effectively address workload within an organization. It focuses not only on identifying problems, but also on promoting employee health and well-being. It therefore serves as a starting point for engaging in dialogue in the area of well-being and wellness.
A special aspect that makes the PSA scan extra valuable is that it is aligned with TNO's proven Work Pressure Model. This model is based on extensive research and provides a solid foundation for understanding and addressing work pressure. Moreover, the benchmark figures of the PSA questionnaire are derived from the Dutch Enquête Arbeidsomstandigheden (NEA), allowing organizations to compare their own results with those of other companies in the Netherlands. This enables organizations to contextualize their performance and understand where they stand in comparison to others.
Healthy work environment
By using the PSA scan, organizations can take proactive action and take targeted measures to reduce workloads and promote employee well-being. The goal is to create a positive work environment in which employees can not only perform optimally, but also thrive and feel valued. This makes the PSA scan a valuable tool to help organizations achieve a healthy and productive work environment.
