During an on-site PME, several modules are performed to assess employee health. The basic package includes measurements of body proportions (such as BMI, abdominal girth, visceral fat, pinch strength and muscle mass), cardiovascular functions (heart rhythm, blood pressure, cholesterol including HDL and blood sugar levels) and a lifestyle inventory (sports and exercise, nutrition, sleep and relaxation). Depending on your organization's specific needs, additional modules can be added, such as vision tests, hearing tests, fitness tests, physical stress tests, pulmonary function tests, cardiovascular fitness and stress tests, and blood tests.
