What is the TNO KOBA-DI Tool?
The KOBA-DI Tool is the Cost Benefit Tool Sustainable Employability (KOBA-DI), developed by the National Platform Sustainable Employability and TNO. The tool provides insight into what sustainable employability brings to a company and increases the likelihood of investing more and more effectively in the sustainable employability of employees.
