Understanding the impact of prevention on absenteeism, job satisfaction and productivity
A manual based on proven methods such as TKI, coaching and mediation.
Learn how to effectively use the Sustainable Employability Index to strengthen your organization.
After the introduction phase has been completed with the executives, the introduction phase starts support employees. We always do this by means of an inspiring workshop or kick-off. This can be on location or online. The working method is clearly explained and it becomes clear what everyone can expect. This creates awareness for the subject of sustainable employability. This is followed by the health campaign. This can be deployed both online and offline. The goal is to inform, enthuse and stimulate participation. In this phase, Simple Check offers different services. Just as clients make the choices appropriate to their organization in this, so did Simple Check.

More than 1,700 companies went before you. It's that simple. Check.
This is now the third blog about our 'Fit in your workplace with Simple Check' campaign. In the first blog you were able to read more about the how and why of this internal campaign: to give extra attention to our own sustainable employability policy and thus also to offer all our employees the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes.
In the second blog, you were able to read more about how the internal campaign was introduced to executives and how we created support. Introduction and creating support is always the first phase in the process. In this blog, you can read more about how this phase in the process works with employees.
The process always begins with a clear and inspiring introduction to create sufficient support. It also starts with a health campaign that can be deployed both online and offline. The goal is to inform and encourage participation. In this blog you can read more about the first phase in the process for employees. If you want to know more about how this phase goes for executives, also read our previous blog!
After the kick-off presentation, employees will receive a link. Through this link they can sign up for the health check. They will also receive access to a questionnaire (DIX) that provides insight into how work is experienced. This questionnaire, developed by TNO, provides clear insight into lifestyle and mental health. We will tell you more about this DIX later.
At the start of a campaign, various online and offline health campaigns can be deployed. Examples include placing banners within the organization, sending out various interesting and inspiring articles on a variety of health topics and handing out products, such as water bottles or fruit.
In this way, additional awareness is created among employees on the subject of sustainable employability and the ongoing campaign.
A sustainable employability policy is customized. This means making choices that fit the organization. At this stage, Simple Check chose to organize a kick-off workshop for employees. This is the introduction of the internal campaign. Next, all employees were sent a link via email. With this link they were able to sign up for the health check and were also given immediate access to the DIX questionnaire.
During this internal campaign, Simple Check chose to have all communication take place as much as possible in the same way as with customers. This means that they received an explanation of the online dashboard, the privacy policy, the invitation to the health check with an explanation and a reminder email just before the date on which the health check would take place.
Gaining insight into one's own health and also being given the tools to improve it is a gift from the employer. In the introduction and support phase, we chose the following communications:
We hope to give a good picture of this so important phase within the process. After this phase is completed, managers and employees will be aware of all the in's and out's of the campaign and will be aware of the subject of sustainable employability and the opportunities offered to work on it themselves in a targeted way.
It is then time for the next stage in the process, namely; the measurements. More on that in the next blog. If you have any questions as a result of this blog, please feel free to contact us. And keep an eye on this website, our LinkedIn page and our Facebook page. That way you can stay up to date!
