The Sustainable Employability Index (DIX) is an online questionnaire developed by TNO and provides insight into the current and future employability of the employee. In other words, insight into the vitality, employability and working capacity of the employee. How do people experience their own physical and mental health? What about fatigue, work-life balance, job satisfaction and motivation? How do knowledge and skills fit the job? And will employees still fit in well with their work in five years? The DIX provides clear insight into this and charts the sustainable employability of employees.

The main goal of the DIX is to support organizations in optimizing the employability of their employees so that, not only now, but also in the future, they can perform optimally and continue to develop.
