A manual based on proven methods such as TKI, coaching and mediation.
Learn how to effectively use the Sustainable Employability Index to strengthen your organization.
Getting to work every day with pleasure, a healthy dose of energy and good health. Isn't that what we all want? At least we do! At Simple Check we (of course) strongly believe in the importance of investing in a sustainable employability policy. Companies and organizations that work on the health, engagement and development of their employees often reap the benefits immediately. It ensures more job satisfaction, less absenteeism and higher labor productivity. In addition, the organization is agile and grows along with economic and technological developments. Our employees are busy every day supporting companies in setting up their HR policy aimed at sustainable employability of their employees. We have both the tools and the expertise to do this.
5-step plan for effective policy, including checklist.

More than 1,700 companies went before you. It's that simple. Check.
It goes without saying that Simple Check also has the continued vitality and health of its own employees in mind. With us, the motto is: We practice what we preach! And to emphasize that even more, we recently started the campaign 'Fit in your workplace with Simple Check'. During this campaign, our entire process/product is deployed internally in exactly the same way as with our clients.
Besides giving us extra attention to our own sustainable employability policy, it also gives us the opportunity to give all employees, including administrative and support staff, a look behind the scenes. We would like to take you through this process via a number of blogs, so that you too can have a look behind the scenes.
So with the campaign "Fit in your workplace with Simple Check," we have given extra attention to our own sustainable employability policy over the past year. Working on DI is a continuous process. This process consists of a number of different phases. as can also be seen in the image below.

The process begins with a clear and inspiring introduction to create sufficient support. We always do this through a workshop/kick-off for both managers and employees. We also start with a health campaign that can be deployed both online and offline. The purpose of this is to inform and encourage participation.
The second phase in the process is the baseline measurement This phase consists of a mental health check, a physical health check, a lifestyle check and an organizational check. For measuring mental health, we have several TNO validated questionnaires. Measuring physical health is done by our health check team.
With our bus, they come by and perform various tests. During the measurements they immediately map out the lifestyle. If necessary, they provide immediate support for improving the lifestyle through tips and advice. The organizational check gives clear insight into where and how DI can be implemented within the organization.
The third stage in the process is insight. After the tests are completed, each participant is given access to an online dashboard. This contains the personal results and provides immediate insight into the participant's own health, motivation and development. In addition, the online dashboard contains additional and supporting information that contributes to improving lifestyle.
This information consists of an explanation for each section, with additional inspiring and informative articles that tie in with the test results. If, based on the results, there are points for improvement, they can immediately start working on them.
For the employer it is important to have insight into how the health of the employees is doing. In order to get a global overview, we have an online anonymous group report in the dashboard for the employer only (to ensure employee privacy, this is only possible with enough participating employees).
Based on the results, we then make a recommendation to the employer to proceed with the results. Through a cost-benefit analysis, the employer can come to responsible investment decisions.
Following the test results, we offer various follow-up programs. For example, we have various follow-up programs for managers that focus on vital management. To keep employees vital and happy at work for as long as possible, we also offer them various customized programs.
Here you can think of follow-up programs focused on personal leadership, personal development and programs around the BRAVO theme (exercise, smoking, alcohol, nutrition, relaxation)
As mentioned earlier, a sustainable employability policy is a continuous process. All stages in this process are repeated, evaluated and, if necessary, adjusted.
By now, all stages of the process have been completed internally. And the enthusiastic response from our colleagues makes us happy! The campaign has already given us a lot. For example, as a result of their results, a number of colleagues have developed a personal action plan to improve their mental and/or physical health.
In addition, based on the results of the anonymous group reports and the resulting recommendations, Simple Check set out a number of follow-up paths. In this way, we continue to work together to create a healthy company with vital and happy employees.
We are eager to share our enthusiasm and inspire others! That is why we will be publishing a series of blogs about how we went through the various phases of this process, how our colleagues benefited from it, what changes we implemented, and much more. If you would like to know more, keep an eye on our website or follow us on LinkedIn or Facebook.
