C-Scan from Simple Check offers insight

Simple Check now offers you the opportunity to set up a solid approach within your work environment and company to bear the effects of the Corona Crisis. Not only for now, but also for the long term. The scan immediately reveals how your employees are experiencing and or have experienced the crisis. And thus, whether there is a need for (more) targeted support and whether the existing range of interventions meets the employee's needs.

Employees receive feedback on their scores in their personal dashboard after completing the C-Scan, with an explanation of their score and advice based on their score. Here the employer or advisor can also link their own range of products / interventions so that employees are offered personalized products.

For management, HR or coaches, feedback of anonymous group scores is possible through the HR management dashboard through the company Johan. Simple Check can also create an anonymous group report for you and present it by one of our DI consultants.

1. The scan is offered online via the -highly secure- personal health dashboard of our partner Johan B.V.
2. Each participant receives feedback and appropriate advice on the results immediately after completing the test. Here you can think of a number of clear tips and advice, a step-by-step plan and inspiring videos that match the results.
3. Simple Check also offers more content that you, as an employer, can offer on the 'Inspiration Square' on the Johan portal that has been set up for your company. You can further arrange this yourself with your own content or intervention offer. This can also always be done by one of Simple Check's advisors.

Methodology

Each participant is sent a link to create a personal account on the Johan portal. Then they are explained, step by step, how to create it. For privacy reasons, they are always asked to create this account with a private email address. Then they receive a unique code on their mobile phone to log in to their -highly secured- personal health dashboard. On this dashboard the C-Scan is then immediately displayed. After the scan is completed, one has direct insight into his or her results. You will also find all kinds of tips and advice related to the results.
