Our various blood tests are designed to provide insight into your health and help take preventive measures. For example, there are high-risk groups that may be deficient in certain vitamins and minerals. These include:

Being indoors a lot (vitamin D)
Eating no/little broth (Iodine)
No/little animal products (Iron, vitamin D and especially B2 and B12)

Vitamins & Minerals Package:

This package focuses on key vitamins and minerals essential for optimal health. The following markers are evaluated:

Vitamin B12: An essential vitamin for the production of red blood cells and proper functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamin D: Important for strong bones, immune system and general well-being.
Iron: Required for the formation of hemoglobin, which transports oxygen through the body.
Magnesium: Plays a role in more than 300 enzymatic reactions in the body and is involved in muscle function, energy metabolism and nervous system.
Ferritin: A marker of iron stores in the body.
Vitamin B1 and B6: B vitamins that play a role in metabolism and the nervous system.

Prevention package - basic:

This package focuses on prevention and covers a range of key markers, including kidney and liver function. It includes:

HbA1c: An indicator of long-term average blood sugar levels.
Cholesterol (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL and triglycerides): An important marker of cardiovascular health.
ALAT: An enzyme that reflects liver function.
Gamma-GT: A marker of liver function and may indicate liver disease.
Kreatinine: A marker of kidney function.
GFR (Glomerular Filtration Rate): A measurement of kidney function.

Prevention package - comprehensive:

This comprehensive prevention package includes all the markers of the basic package, with the addition of the Vitamins & Minerals package. It provides a comprehensive assessment of your health, including vitamin and mineral levels.

Prostate (PSA):

For men, we offer a specific marker for prostate health called PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen). This test can help detect prostate problems early.

AMH (female hormone):

For menopausal women, we offer a specific evaluation of relevant markers that can help assess hormonal balance and well-being during this stage of life.
