Cardiovascular fitness and stress test
This comprehensive examination offers insight into both your cardiovascular health and your stress response. During the examination, we look at heart rate, heart rate and your response to stress. In addition, we look at the autonomic nervous system. The autonomic nervous system automatically regulates almost all unconscious functions and processes in your body, such as your breathing, heart rate, blood pressure, energy production, digestion and metabolism. This test gives an indication of the activity of the autonomic nervous system and the degree to which it regulates itself.

What to expect.
Heart rate: We measure different aspects of your heart rate, such as average heart rate, highest heart rate, lowest heart rate and any ectopic heart rates. These measurements give us information about your heart function and may indicate possible abnormalities or irregularities.
The autonomic nervous system: The autonomic nervous system regulates important functions of the body, such as heart rate, blood pressure and breathing. We assess the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, which provides insight into your stress response and your body's ability to relax and recover.
Physical and mental stress: We examine your response to both physical and mental stress. This can be evaluated through specific tests and measurements, giving us a better understanding of how your body responds to different forms of stress.
Stress resilience and stress score: We assess your stress resilience and establish a stress score based on various parameters. This provides insight into your ability to handle stress and can help identify areas in which you may need support.
Autonomic nervous system (CNS) activity: We analyze the activity of your autonomic nervous system and identify patterns that may be related to your cardiovascular health and stress response.
Fatigue Index: We measure your fatigue level, which can be an important indicator of overall health status and stress level.
Electrocardiogram (ECG): We use an ECG to measure the electrical activity of your heart and detect any abnormalities. This can help identify possible heart conditions or risk factors.
